Online media registration
Conference registration fees will be waived for members of the working press who wish to attend to cover an EASL event. EASL defines “working press” as reporters, writers, editors, publishers, photographers, videographers, or webmasters who work for or produce publications, news services, broadcast outlets, or news websites that are issued regularly and primarily for the dissemination of news, and who will be attending the event for news reporting purposes. To avoid delays with obtaining credentials on-site, we strongly encourage you to register in advance. Your press badge will be available on-site at the registration desk. EASL reserves the right to deny a press badge to any person at the discretion of EASL staff.
On-site media registration
If you have not registered online prior to arrival in Seville, you will need to register on-site at the registration desk.
Proof of media accreditation will be required together with a valid passport or ID-card. Media registration in advance is strongly recommended.
Only registered media representatives will be permitted to work in the media areas.
Language
The official language of the conference is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
Embargo policy
Members of the press are required to adhere to the conditions of the embargo policy.
Conference press releases and materials will be made available to media under embargo on the day before the conference. The embargo will run until the start of the conference. Registered media will receive an email alert when the embargoed material is posted.
Registering for the conference will require media representatives to agree to adhere to the terms of the embargo. Failure to adhere to the conditions will result in that journalist or media outlet being excluded from future embargo arrangements.
