Abstract submission

If I submit an abstract, do I have to attend?

All abstracts that have been accepted for poster presentations require that at least one author attends to present the work and answer questions. Only abstracts of registered delegates will be scheduled in the Scientific programme.

The EASL HCC summit 2019 will be held from 14-16 February , in Lisbon, Portugal.

Registration

How do I register?

Please use the online registration platform. Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Can I receive an invoice under the sponsoring company/hospitals name?

Yes. If you require an invoice to be issued to the sponsoring company, please indicate the respective address during the online registration process.

Can I register without paying?

No, your online registration has to be finalised either by credit card or bank transfer.

Can I register before the early fee deadline and pay later?

No. In order to benefit from the early registration fee, payment must be received before the announced deadline.

Will I receive a confirmation letter after I have finished registering?

Yes. A detailed confirmation letter and receipt will be sent to you by email as soon as payment is received and registration is completed.

Can I register onsite?

Yes. You can register and pay the published onsite registration fee directly at the registration desk.

How can I register a group?

Please click here to register a group and select the group registration module. First book your tickets and then enter the names of the participants. For any assistance, please contact the EASL office at hccsummit@easloffice.eu.

Hotel accommodation

How can I find out information about hotels and their rates?

Reduced rates have been negotiated for the EASL HCC summit 2018 participants. Information and rates are available on the hotel accommodation page.

How can I book my room and should I pay in advance?

Once you have registered via the online registration platform, you will be able to book your accommodation via the same platform. Payment of hotel rooms can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Will I receive a confirmation letter after I have finished booking?

Yes. A detailed confirmation letter and receipt will be sent to you by email as soon as payment is received and registration is completed.

Can I book a hotel room without being registered?

No. You can book your room only by completing the online registration. If you need further assistance, please contact the registration department at hccsummit@easloffice.eu.

How can I book hotel rooms for a group?

Please use the online group registration for groups of 10 people or less. For group registrations (10 people or more), please contact the registration department at hccsummit@easloffice.eu.

Invitation letters and visa applications

How do I apply for a Visa?

Visa regulations depend on your nationality and country of origin. Please contact your local Consulate or Embassy for official instructions on the specific visa regulations and application procedures that apply to you.

Is it possible to send an official invitation letter directly to my local consulate/embassy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to send invitation letters directly to the foreign consulates or embassies. Invitation letters can be requested during the online registration and will be e-mailed in PDF after payment has been received.
