The MEP Friends of the Liver group is holding a meeting in the European Parliament on March 22nd.
The focus of the meeting will be on the burden of Hepatitis C in the Baltic and Central and South Eastern EU member states. Speakers from the European Parliament, the European Commission the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction, patients groups and hepatology community will present and discuss the situation and the steps needed to get better access to treatment for HCV patients in the region.
