On 8 July, the European Commission launched a public consultation to address the interim evaluation of the Seventh Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development (FP7), targeted at members of an FP7 Programme Committee, members of an FP7 Advisory Group, National Contact Points, evaluators of proposals (peer reviewers), involved (now or earlier) in a project of the Framework Programme, as well as individuals and organisations. Note that respondents are advised to consult the preview of the questionnaire to prepare their responses before submitting them online as the maximum time allowed by the system to complete the online survey is 90 minutes. The deadline for submitting the online questionnaire is 27 August 2010. The questionnaire addresses the following issues: funding, implementation, simplification, achievements, shortcomings, and priorities.
