European Commission launches call for applications 'Health - 2010'

On 22 December, the European Agency for Health and Consumers launched a call for applications 'Health - 2010' within the framework of the second programme of Community action in the field of health (2008-2013). Applications are to be sent by postal mail to DG SANCO by 19 March 2010.

The European Commission Executive Agency for Health and Consumers (EAHC) will be hosting a workshop for prospective applicants preparing a project application under the EU Health Programme 2008 - 2013, on 8 and 9 February in Luxembourg. The objective of this workshop is to improve the quality of project proposals to the 2008 - 2013 EU Health Programme. The workshop is targeted at European public health professionals who plan to submit a project proposal under the call for proposals 2010 in line with the annual Work Plan. Deadline for registration is 22 January 2010.
