This survey addresses the Interim Evaluation of the Seventh Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development (FP7).
The Interim Evaluation of FP7 is being carried out by a group of independent experts, supported by an extensive base of evidence. In order to provide the experts with a range of opinions and views about the functioning, achievements, and impact of FP7, this interactive consultation has been set up to allow for contributions both from those with direct experience of the FP, as well as any groups or individuals who wish to give their views. The survey addresses stakeholders including major users of FP7, research organisations and firms.
How to complete the Questionnaire?
The questionnaire comprises eight questions. For a number of questions, you will have to choose an item in a select box, and you are also invited to provide comments. Several questions ask for free-text replies. Wherever possible, please aim to keep your comments short so that they are easily understood and can be absorbed by the experts involved in the FP7 Interim Evaluation.
We suggest that you quickly browse through the whole questionnaire before completing it. Please, note that there is a 90 minutes time-out, i.e. the session will close after being inactive for 90 minutes. In case of the open questions the maximum number of characters is 2500.
